Who is responsible for this site

What we collect

• Project questionnaire: your answers and any optional notes. No name or contact details are required to see your result.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus your phone number and the details you choose to add.
• AI assistant: the messages you send in the chat window, and — only if you came from the questionnaire — the answers you already gave there.
• Technical data: a session identifier stored in a cookie for the duration of your visit, and a hashed (not readable) form of your IP address used only to limit automated abuse.

How it is used

Your information is used only to answer your request, to prepare your property search and relocation project, and — with your agreement — to put you in touch with the partner estate agency offering a property you are interested in. Nothing is published or used for advertising.

The AI assistant

The assistant may be powered by an external AI provider or by a locally run model, depending on the configuration. Messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and are never used to train an AI model.

How long we keep it

Questionnaire results and contact requests are kept privately to follow up with you. [Exact retention periods to be added by the site owner.]

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@escapetofrance.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
